Privacy Policy
This policy explains what freshdailytips.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.
The short version. We do not ask you for your name, address or payment details anywhere on this Site — there is no account, no newsletter signup and no checkout here. What we do collect is ordinary web analytics and advertising measurement data, described below.
What we collect
- Technical data your browser sends: IP address, user-agent, referring page, approximate country, and the pages you view. This reaches us through our hosting provider and is used to serve the Site, keep it secure and block automated abuse.
- Campaign parameters: when you arrive from an advertisement, the link carries tracking parameters (for example
utm_source,utm_campaign,fbclid). We keep them in your browser's storage during your visit so that, if you go on to buy, the merchant can attribute the sale to the right advertisement. - Usage events: whether a video was played, how far it played, and which links you click. These are recorded with a random identifier stored in your browser, not with your name.
Third parties that receive data
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API — measures advertising results and enables audience targeting on Meta platforms. Meta receives your IP address, the page URL and event data. See Meta's own privacy policy for how they use it.
- Our own measurement service — records the usage events above so we can see how pages perform and which advertisement a visit came from.
- UTMify — carries advertising campaign parameters through to the merchant's checkout for sale attribution.
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the Site, and filters automated traffic.
- VTurb / ConverteAI — serves the video player on pages that contain video.
- Google Fonts — serves typefaces used on some pages.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers above.
Cookies and browser storage
We and the providers above use cookies and similar browser storage to measure advertising, to remember which version of a page you saw so it stays consistent, and to tell real visitors from automated traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the Site may not work correctly if you do.
When you leave this site
Clicking through to a merchant takes you to their website. Anything you enter there — name, email, payment details — goes to them, not to us. Their privacy policy governs that data. We never see or store payment information.
Retention
Server and traffic logs are kept for a short period (currently 30 days) and then deleted. Data held by the third parties listed above is retained according to their own policies.
Your choices
- Opt out of interest-based advertising through your Meta account settings, or through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out pages.
- Turn on "Do Not Track" or a tracking-blocker in your browser; our advertising tags are loaded from third-party domains that such tools generally block.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@freshdailytips.com. Because we do not collect names or account details, we may need information from you to locate the relevant records.
Children
This Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to us and we will delete it.
International visitors
The Site is operated for a United States audience and data is processed in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, you consent to that processing.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the last change.
